Class Information :
The Aerospace and Engineering Physics course is designed to introduce students to many principles of physics. Students will be thrown into the world of physics, best described at "The Study of Everything". Students will learn about motion, both on ground and in air, the theorists and physicists of past and modern times, electricity, flight, and many other principles of physics. This course also includes projects such as the TARC (Team America Rocketry Challenge) and the GEARS™ robotics unit.
Update:
The rocket team is in the process of modifying and finalizing their designs and collecting flight data through practice launches. They hope to obtain consistent flights which reach as close to 750 feet as possible and take 45 seconds to descend back down to the ground. With Kansas winds and weather giving the team additional obstacles, the team should be prepared to handle any conditions they might encounter at their qualifications this spring.Photos :
* WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON DEVELOPING AN IMAGE VIEWING SYSTEM. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS SYSTEM COMPLETED AND FULLY IMPLEMENTED BY THE END OF AUGEST. KEEP POSTED.
