BattleBot Info:

Our Battlebot will be a spinner type bot. For the weapon we will be using a 14 pound lawn mower type blade. Our armor will be reinforced with aluminum and kevlar plating. Our bot will be able to manuver quickly and swiftly.

General Technical Regulations

Minimum Weight: 60.0 pounds

Maximum Weight: 120.0 pounds

Size limits: 8ft x 8ft

In general, hazardous or dangerous materials are forbidden from use anywhere on a BattleBot where they may contact humans, even if the BattleBot has been seriously damaged.

We cannot use Lead, Rigid plastic foams, Exposed magnets, or expanding liquid foam.

Safety covers are required on any sharp points or objects and they must not be able to inflict injury to anyone.

Basically, safety is the highest issue in BattleBots in order to insure a fun and helpful learning enviornment.
