Meeting: Engineering and Collections Meeting

Today I went to the Nelson plant with Aaron Witt (JCW Engineer) and Jeff Doggett (JCW Engineering Tech.) for a meeting concerning the Engineering and Collections group. This group covers general system issues, odor complaints, and other items of similar nature. Members are made up of people from the Operations & Maint. and Engineering Departments.

Here's a couple of pictures of the Nelson Complex that I took on my tour weeks before:

Project: Macromedia Flash

Today I finally managed to get Wastewater's copy of Macromedia Flash Professional to Activate. This required several days of waiting, then several hours of calling Macromedia Tech Support. We upgraded to MX 2004 for PC from a Flash 5 for Mac Licesnse, we don't even have a mac. I can now start Flash projects, which will appear here as: Flash Devlopment: (Headline).

Project: History Images

Today I was given images for the history project to scan. Many pictures showed construction of the original JCW plant and early sewer lines. Early sewer lines were made of V.C.P. (Vitrified Clay pipe) Today, plastic composites, cement, etc are what make our new pipes.
