Wood Prototype Construction

Before the Aerospace Engineering Open House, we were busy finishing up the wood prototype for display. The motors and gearboxes were added and chain was added to connect all of the sprockets. Joe Folse, an engineer at Honeywell, came by to give us some help and a few pointers. |
Meeting with Engineers

In September, both of the Battlebots teams met in the project room to meet with some Engineers as well as some students who were involved in battlebots in previous years. Both groups gained valuable knowledge through talking with our guests and reverse engineering the robots from last year. |
Preliminary Robot Design

These the design that we presented in our Preliminary Design Review with Honeywell. The engineers were very impressed with our presentation and offered some advise to solve some problems that might arise. |
